We are currently hiring back of house (BOH) restaurant line cooks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow recipes and presentation specifications for food preparation
- Ensure standards of appearance, taste, quality and consistency of product
- Maintain cleanliness, stock and organization of kitchen, works to keep dishes clean
- Understand cooking methods/procedures and knife handling skills
- Perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
- Ensure freshness of ingredients and meet prep times to ensure a smooth working shift
- Comply with applicable sanitary, health, safety and personal hygiene standards
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line supervisor, KM or GM.

Minimum 1 years experienced required.
