**Responsibilities**:

- Issue tickets through various GDS systems on daily basis
- Perform group ticketing, exchange and refund
- Verify bookings - Fares calculation/Routing Code/Airlines Contract /Payment/Valid for ticketing
- Manage GDS Queue and Outlook for incoming business
- Assist with airlines for waivers
- Assist with involuntary schedule changes
- Require working evenings and weekends shift if necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years ticketing experience
- Proficient on Apollo, Galileo, Worldspan, Amadeus and Sabre.
- Experience on Travelsky is an asset.
- Knowledge of Client Majic/Travcom
- Understanding how to do fare construction in order to maximize the profit.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in English, Mandarin/Cantonese
- Ability to work independently with good communication skills and a team player
- Excellent work ethic, positive can-do attitude, self-driven, hardworking, fast learner
- Able to work evenings and weekends with minimum supervision

**Education**:
Post-Secondary Degree

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
