Edmonton, Canada Independent Counselling Enterprises Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Adherence to all agency policies and procedures as outlined in the ICE Policy and Procedure Manual.
- Active participation in the ICE Health & Safety Program including leading by example, ensuring health & safety in the workplace, and hazard identification.
- Supervision of community and residential programs. This includes overseeing all aspects of service delivery and employee management to ensure a high standard of service provision.
- Ensuring budgets are met and maintained.
- Completion of performance audits and quality monitoring including those to facilitate agency outcome measures.
- On-call duties as required.

**Education, Skills and Experience**:

- Post-secondary education in the rehabilitation or a similar field.
- Experience working in the community rehabilitation field is required with a minimum of two years in management or supervisory role.
- Possession of a valid Class 5 driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle insured with a minimum of $2 million in third-party liability coverage is required.
- A clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector is mandatory prior to beginning employment.

**Assets**:

- Familiarity with Employment Standards, Human Rights Legislation and Creating Excellence Together (CET) Standards.
- Understanding of the Persons with Developmental Disability (PDD) program including impacted on individualized support and funding.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $31.96 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
