**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a **part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR)** to assist with **clerical duties, administrative tasks, and client support**. This is an **in-office position**, ideal for someone **detail-oriented and customer-focused** who thrives in a professional environment.

The CSR will play a vital role in **managing client records, supporting administrative processes, and ensuring smooth daily operations**.

**Key Responsibilities: Clerical & Administrative Tasks**
- Process and update **client records and documentation**.
- Organize, scan, and file **important client documents** into company systems.
- Manage **contact information updates and address changes**.
- Handle **data entry and record-keeping tasks**.
- Assist with **general office support and organizational tasks**.

**Client Support & Communication**
- Schedule and confirm **appointments with clients**.
- Provide **general assistance** and route inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Support brokers with **document processing and client communications**.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.**:

- Ability to **multitask and stay organized** in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with **strong data entry skills**.
- Comfortable working with **insurance management systems (TAM, PowerBroker, Applied Epic, or similar software)** (training available).
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and **willingness to learn**.
