**Your Role**
As a Keyholder you will provide the ultimate customer experience by sharing your expertise and matching our customers with the product that suits their needs. You will be working with your hands installing our products onto vehicles and helping our customers do the things they love. This role is an amazing opportunity to work in a unique industry and be a part of a rapidly growing company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Customer Service**:

- Open and close the store, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
- Handle cash management, including deposits and registers.
- Greet and assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs using a consultative sales approach.
- Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and installation options.
- Assist with product demonstrations and recommend suitable accessories or add-ons.
- Process transactions accurately and manage customer orders, returns, and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate store records, including invoices, sales receipts, purchase orders, appointment bookings, special requests, hold tags, phone messages, inventory transfers, and cash outs.

**Product Installation**:

- Install products such as bike racks, storage boxes, hitches, and other gear efficiently and safely.
- Ensure all installations meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Provide guidance to customers on product use and maintenance.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for any installation-related issues.

**Inventory & Maintenance**:

- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked.
- Keep installation tools and work areas organized and clean.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and technical team; stay updated on new products, promotions, and company policies.
- Contribute to improving processes related to customer service and product installation.
- Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing support to team members.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
