**Job Details**
The IT Support Specialist II will report into the IT Operations Manager, while working closely with all
departments at Carfax to support business needs.
technical capabilities in a fast-paced and evolving business environment and have the ability to work
independently with mínimal supervision. You will be responsible for project managing new IT initiatives
throughout the project lifecycle.
**Position Responsibilities**
Some of the main responsibilities for the IT Support Specialist II role are:
- Responsible for Project Management of IT initiatives including: research, evaluation, and deployment
- Support MS Office, Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM, and SharePoint throughout the organization.
- Assist other departments with identifying technology needs.4. Manage Carfax's office services including: Office 365, Active Directory, File server, Exchange5.
- Contribute to defining and enforcing computer and mobile device usage policies
**Education and Experience Required**:
- Degree or diploma in computer science, or similar experience
- 2+ years of IT project management or similar experience.
- 3-5 years of prior hands on technical experience supporting users in a corporate environment.
- Must have extensive Exchange Server 2013 administration experience.
- Advanced technical experience supporting Office 365, Exchange, Dynamics GP, CRM and6. SharePoint including hybrid deployments
- Demonstrated technical skills in a Microsoft-based environment (Active directory, Windows 8/10, Windows Server 2008/2012)
- Strong technical skills relating to multiple mobile platforms (IOS, Android, BlackBerry, Windows)
- Proficient in business software, including Microsoft Office 2013/2016.
- Experience supporting Mac computers an asset
