**Description**:
Looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive person to join my **Investor-Focused Real Estate Business.** This is a **part-time contractor role** (25-30 hours/week) supporting ongoing projects, listings, and renovations. More hours may be provided based on performance. **Prefer Licensed Real Estate Individual but will considered Unlicensed Individuals.**
You’ll be the point person helping with **admin tasks, coordination, lead intake, and communication** between my team, clients, and vendors. Ideal for someone who loves real estate but doesn’t want to chase sales or become an agent.
**Key Tasks**:
- Real estate paperwork + form submissions
- Coordinating showings, contractors, stagers
- Posting social media content
- Intro calls with leads and vendors
- Communicating with team (videographer, editor, underwriter, etc.)
**Requirements**:
- Previous real estate admin, assistant, or project coordination experience
- Strong communication and tech skills
- Organized, reliable, self-directed
- Must be local to Hamilton or nearby
- Comfortable with occasional on-site visits (properties, meetings)
**Pay**:
- $22-$25/hour (paid weekly by invoice)
- Performance-based bonuses available
- No benefits (independent contractor status)
**Requirements**:
- Tech-savvy: Google Drive, Sheets, CRM tools, WebForms
- Reliable, organized, and proactive (no hand-holding)
- Access to a vehicle and able to travel within Hamilton/GTA
- Licensed or working toward your license (preferred)
- **Interest in real estate investing or content creation = bonus**
