**Guest experience member (GEM) | Cycologie Studio de Spin Inc.**

We’re looking for passionate, self-aware individuals to join our front desk team. Cycologie is about being present — on the bike, in your body, and in your breath. We’re a beat-based indoor cycling studio that blends music-powered cardio, micro-choreography, and full-body activation in a candlelit space that quiets the outside world. We ride to feel, not just to sweat.

We’re creating a high-vibe studio culture grounded in modern mindfulness, authentic connection, and exceptional service.

**Reports to: Studio Lead**

**Employment status: Part-time (minimum 12 hours/week)**

**Compensation: $16.10/hour**

**Key responsibilities**
- Greet and connect with clients in a warm, enthusiastic, and professional manner
- Deliver exceptional customer service and genuine hospitality to all riders and visitors
- Clearly communicate membership options, pricing, and class formats to potential clients
- Conduct welcoming, informative studio tours for first-time riders
- Support instructors during class check-in, including bike setup and helping riders clip in
- Maintain full working knowledge of our booking system, **MarianaTek**:

- Assist studio lead with daily operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain product and retail knowledge (Cycologie merchandise, promotions, policies)
- Uphold studio cleanliness and organization between classes to ensure an outstanding experience
- Participate in end-of-month retail inventory counts
- Complete opening and/or closing checklists thoroughly and consistently
- Jump in to support other studio tasks or special projects as needed

**Qualifications**
- Experience with Mariana Tek or other booking software is a plus
- Leadership, fitness, or hospitality experience is a bonus
- Strong customer service skills are essential
- Friendly, grounded, and service-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Strong verbal communication with clients, teammates, and management
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs (merch boxes, studio equipment, etc.)
- **Bilingual (French and English) required**

**Work requirements**
- Minimum 12 hours per week (approx. 3-4 shifts)
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Willing to work holidays — the studio operates year-round

**Perks**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.10 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
