We're looking for you to join our team as a **Learning Coordinator** from** anywhere in Canada**

As the Coordinator, you will collaborate with some of our key staff members and clients to implement essential delivery systems for clients. Additionally, you will be assisting in managing the effective delivery of a variety of projects, which includes completing your projects in a timely manner and on-budget. You will also have the opportunity to use your exceptional relationship-building skills to develop and maintain ongoing relationships with clients in and outside of your professional circle, your colleagues, and external vendors.

**Some of your additional responsibilities as the Learning Coordinator includes**:

- Providing administrative support on a variety of learning projects/programs
- Consult and collaborate with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to analyze and define learning objectives and learning requirements
- Meeting course development milestones, ensuring delivery of quality learning solutions that meet established learning objectives
- Assisting with and oversees all planning activities including scope planning, work activity definition, sequencing and duration estimating, schedule development, resource planning, risk identification, cost estimating and project plan development
- Working with external service providers who may be contracted to work on projects
- Managing the translation of materials if applicable to the training program
- Develop and carry out communication plans
- Working with the LMS team coordinate the set up of all training in the LMS
- Supporting all other tasks as assigned- **REQUIREMENTS**:

- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Learning, Adult Education, or a related field OR equivalent work experience
- Experience in Learning and Development or a similar position
- Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge and/or experience using LMS
- Eager to work within an energetic environment while managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or within a team
