What You’ll Do Show passion for sports and live an active lifestyle. Maintain visual standards for apparel and footwear. Demonstrate a positive, engaged attitude toward customers and employees. Coach and develop your team: set expectations, provide ongoing feedback and support, conduct effective huddles/meetings. Build and manage a daily game and sales plan. Create development plans for full‑time staff to improve performance gaps. Develop and maintain a positive work environment for staff. What You Bring Business savvy – customer focused mindset and ability to plan, execute and drive sales. Leadership skills – lead by example and passion for coaching. Brand ambassador – pride in Sport Chek brand. Minimum 2 years in a retail environment, preferably supervisory. Track record of business growth and exceptional customer service. Salary decisions depend on experience, job‑related knowledge, skills, competencies, store size, market location and other factors.
