**Job Summary**

**Job Duties**

Working and reporting directly to the Shop Foreman, the Installation Technician will perform the following tasks:

- Fabricating and assembling all required wiring necessary to modify vehicles for emergency services, utilities, trades, and custom customer vehicles.
- Outfitting service industry vehicles with the required electrical wiring
- Working with a team of installers and helping to ensure that every part of the project is up to standards.

**Applicants**

Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment that may require heavy physical duties. Work will involve frequent standing, bending, twisting, stooping, and kneeling. Will work independently, maintain accurate records, find efficiencies.
- Operate shop tools, power tools and basic knowledge of using a measuring tape
- Read blueprints and wiring schematics
- Excellent knowledge of automotive 12- volt electrical systems
- Installing and wiring radios, lights, antennas
- Troubleshoot relays and switches.
- Must have a Clear Criminal Record
- Routing wiring looms from point to point
- Other duties as assigned
