**Overview**

**At Amedeo's -**We are looking for an enthusiastic Fine Dining Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Fine Dining Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for creating a memorable atmosphere that reflects the elegance and sophistication of our establishment.

**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring attention to detail and understanding of guest preferences.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items, including food pairings and wine selections.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a polished presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.

**Skills**
- Strong background in fine dinning with min 5 years experiance
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and payment handling.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order entry and payment processing.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- A passion for fine dining and commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience.
