**The Role**:
We are looking for an experienced **Barista** who is passionate about great coffee, elevated service, and being part of a high-performing team. In this role, you’ll prepare and serve specialty beverages while flexing seamlessly into **counter service** for our casual dining offering. This position requires skill, speed, and a warm, guest-focused approach. **ProServe certification** is required, as alcohol service may be part of the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft exceptional espresso and coffee beverages with consistency and care
- Serve alcohol responsibly and in accordance with Alberta's ProServe regulations
- Flex into counter service as needed—taking orders, running food, and clearing tables
- Engage warmly with guests and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and front of house
- Uphold food and beverage safety, quality, and presentation standards
- Contribute to a respectful, collaborative team environment
- Take initiative and ownership over daily tasks and guest experience

**You Are**:

- Experienced in specialty coffee and/or café service
- ProServe certified (required)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Friendly, efficient, and professional under pressure
- A strong communicator and team player
- Detail-oriented with high standards for quality and consistency
- Flexible and open to supporting the needs of the full front-of-house team
