As a **Dispatcher / Scheduler**, you’ll be responsible for dispatching service and installation technicians, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day field operations. This role demands excellent communication skills, efficient scheduling, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of commercial/industrial HVAC service operations.
- Manage daily operations of commercial and industrial HVAC service and project teams.
- Oversee scheduling, dispatch, resource allocation, and project timelines.
- Supervise field technicians, dispatchers, and administrative support teams.
- Lead workforce planning, including recruitment, training, and technician development.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Handle escalated client concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
