Front Desk Manager

Front Desk:
- Answer all in-coming phone calls in a professional maner.
- Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing Present statement of charges to departing guests and receive payments.
- Create reservations and process special requests.
- Monitor room availability, follow restrictions and all booking policies and procedures.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Ensure inter-departmental communication and cooperation in the interest of better guest satisfaction.
- Ensure that all guests’ complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner at all times and escalate to the appropriate department or manager as required.
- Share general information on points of interest, in the area and services in the community.
- Handle financial trascations including cash, debit and credit card tenders.
- Work as a team player in meeting guests needs and actively contribute to the efforts of other departments when necessary.
- Communicate with Agents of other shifts regarding issues arising from day to day operations.

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
