**The Opportunity**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a crew for rubber paving installations from start to finish
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and to company standards
- Coordinate daily site activities, delegate tasks, and manage materials/equipment
- Perform quality checks and resolve on-site issues as they arise
- Maintain a safe and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience running a service installation crew in rubber paving**:

- **Class 1A License is an asset**:

- Strong knowledge of paving techniques, tools, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to read site plans and interpret installation specifications
- Valid driver’s license (clean abstract preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings or evenings as required
- Enjoys working outdoors doing physical labour for full-time+ hours
- Willing to travel for work for periods of 1-2 weeks at a time
- Safety focused (Safety Leadership training is an asset)
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Available to start the season ASAP
