Classic Landscapes Lawn and Snow is expanding and seeking experienced **Lawn and Snow Maintenance Crew Leads** for full-time, year-round positions in Edmonton and the surrounding areas. As a company specializing in lawn and snow maintenance services for condominiums and commercial properties, we understand that our success is built upon the strength and collaboration of our team.

**Position Overview**:
As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team in the execution of various lawn and snow maintenance tasks, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Team Leadership**:Direct and supervise crew members to efficiently complete daily tasks, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety protocols.
- **Operational Management**:Plan, coordinate, and manage daily workloads, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- **Training and Development**:Mentor and train crew members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- **Equipment Management**:Oversee the maintenance and proper use of equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
- **Client Communication**:Maintain consistent and timely communication with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.

**Work Schedule**:

- **Monday to Saturday**:6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Flexibility and adaptability are essential to meet the demands of the role and ensure the efficient operation of daily tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within the lawn and snow maintenance industry, with a proven track record of managing teams and operations.
- **Skills**:Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively manage time and resources.
- **Licenses**:A valid Class 5 driver's license is highly recommended.

- Overtime pay

- 8 hour shift
