Apartment Maintenance Man/woman

We are looking for Apartment Maintenance Man/woman to join our community.

**Apartment Maintenance Man/woman responsibilities include**:

- Inspecting apartments and common areas for concerns and making repairs as necessary
- Addressing resident requests in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance work done in the apartment complex
- Completing preventative maintenance tasks on a regular basis, such as changing air filters and checking smoke detectors
- Assist with move-in/move-out processes
- Keep apartments in good condition by performing various tasks such as painting, making repairs and conducting monthly inspections
- Inform residents of rules and regulations and provide them with information about the apartment complex
- Ensure that all common areas are clean and well-maintained
- Handle repairs and maintenance requests from residents in a timely manner

**Apartment Maintenance Man/woman skills**:

- Proven experience as an apartment maintenance man/woman or similar role
- Hands-on experience with basic repair and maintenance tools
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training will be a plus
