**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Assemble Ikea furniture and other types of furniture types
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients or management.
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Keep inventory of tools and materials used for repairs and maintenance tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance techniques, including plumbing, electrical work, painting, assembly and carpentry.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Must be physically capable of performing manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.
