**Primary Flight Attendant responsibilities include**:

- Preparing the aircraft for customer boarding and ensuring a keen awareness of the service and safety plan for the flight
- Communicating with customers through one-on-one interactions and general intercom announcements in a warm, friendly and professional manner
- Welcoming customers and engaging with them throughout the flight to create a comfortable, friendly environment
- Ensuring mandatory safety procedures are followed
- Liaising with the flight deck crew (pilots) to ensure a smooth and well operated flight with excellent customer communications
- Provide inflight snack, meal, and beverage service and the sale of onboard products
- Operation of and assistance with the inflight entertainment system
- Assisting customers with a variety of needs including carryon baggage stowage, seating arrangements and general comfort
- Handling onboard incidents and emergencies
- Handling a medical incident or emergency, including providing First Aid as required
- Ensuring the general orderliness of the aircraft
- Ensuring customer feedback is shared with management and taking an active role in helping management operate and evolve Air Canada Rouge to provide the best possible customer experience
- Completing and submitting required safety reports

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 18 years of age
- Possess at least a high school diploma
- Hold a valid Canadian Passport without restrictions
- Live within 90 minutes of Toronto Pearson Airport or willing to relocate
- Able to obtain a Transport Canada security clearance
- Able to access the internet for last minute changes and communications
- Comfortable working at high altitudes in a pressurized cabin
- Customer service experience an asset
- Mandatory Covid-19 Vaccination Required

- Préparer l’avion pour l’embarquement des passagers et sensibiliser ces derniers aux services et au plan de sécurité du vol
- Communiquer de façon chaleureuse, amicale et professionnelle avec les clients, autant lors d’interactions individuelles que d’annonces à l’interphone
- Accueillir les clients et interagir avec eux pendant le vol afin de créer un environnement confortable et convivial
- Vérifier que les procédures de sécurité obligatoires sont respectées
- Assurer la liaison avec le poste de pilotage (les pilotes) afin que le vol se passe sans incident et avec une excellente communication aux clients
- Servir des collations, repas et boissons en vol et vendre des produits à bord
- Assurer le fonctionnement du système de divertissement en vol et aider les passagers à l’utiliser
- Répondre aux divers besoins des clients, y compris en ce qui a trait à l’entreposage des bagages à main, à la disposition des sièges et à leur confort général
- Prendre en charge les urgences et incidents à bord
- Prendre en charge les urgences et incidents médicaux et prodiguer les premiers soins, si nécessaire
- Garder l’avion en bon ordre
- Transmettre les commentaires des clients à l’équipe de gestion et participer activement à la direction et l’évolution d’Air Canada Rouge, dans le but d’offrir la meilleure expérience client possible
- Remplir et remettre les rapports de sûreté nécessaires

**Exigences**:

- Être âgé d’au moins 18 ans
- Posséder un diplôme d’études secondaires
- Avoir un passeport canadien sans restrictions
- Habiter à moins de 90 minutes de l’aéroport Pearson de Toronto ou être disposé à déménager
- Être en mesure d’obtenir son habilitation de sécurité de Transports Canada
- Avoir accès à internet pour consulter les changements ou communications de dernière minute
- Pouvoir travailler à haute altitude, dans une cabine pressurisée
- Expérience en service à la clientèle, un atout
- Vaccination contre la COVID-19 requise
