**Details**:

- Pick orders for customers and assist in general warehouse duties such as bin maintenance, stocking shelves and inventory counts.
- Assist shipping and receiving functions.
- Assist in keeping parts department clean & orderly.
- Promote and sell products to meet customer needs.
- Process customer sales and returns.
- Continuously improve parts and industry knowledge through research and training.

**Requirements**:

- Two years of similar experience and knowledge of warehouse practices preferred.
- Trained and experienced in operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift) preferred.
- Excellent customer service, communication and selling skills are valuable.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with inventory control software is desirable.
- Knowledge of the automotive or heavy-duty truck industry helpful but not required.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures, including WHMIS and TDG.
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting (up to 80 pounds).
