**About the Role**:
As our Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the key connection between our doctors and patients — guiding each patient from their initial consultation through to the start of treatment. You’ll be responsible for coordinating appointments, presenting financial plans, and supporting patients with clarity and care.

**What You'll Do**:

- Conduct new patient consultations and treatment presentations
- Explain orthodontic procedures, financial options, and insurance coverage
- Coordinate treatment start appointments and manage aligner tracking (Invisalign, iTero Lumina scans)
- Maintain detailed, digital patient records
- Work closely with orthodontists, clinical teams, and front desk staff
- Support a smooth, professional, and welcoming patient experience

**Technology & Tools**:
We are a **heavily digital** practice and utilize leading-edge software platforms and tools — including **iTero Lumina** for digital scans and case monitoring. Comfort with technology and digital charting is essential.

**Work Hours**:

- Monday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

**Compensation**:
We offer a **competitive wage of $32-$38 per hour**, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We’re looking for someone exceptional, and we’re ready to invest in the right fit
