**OE Account Representative**

Maxxis International Canada has a challenging opportunity for an OE Account Representative at our location in Brampton, Ontario. If you are passionate about the tire industry and enjoy working in a dynamic international business environment, then we’ve got the job for you.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain customer accounts and assist in resolving customer issues
- Establish and maintain a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction
- Track key milestones to ensure deadlines are met on time
- Ensure documents and paperwork are completed with accuracy and correctly filed
- Collaborate with various departments to successfully complete projects, reports, or presentations
- Accurately record and organize meeting minutes
- Compile research or analyze industry data, including market trends and forecasts
- Develop competent industry and product knowledge
- Perform other duties as assigned by the head of Sales

**Qualifications**
- Sales related experience required
- Completion of post-secondary education preferred
- Experience working in the automotive or tire industry preferred

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Proven ability to build trust and maintain strong customer and internal relationships
- Able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Diligently complete responsibilities with attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Desire for continuous improvement to learn and grow

**This position requires both international and domestic travel, as well as the occasional after hours meetings with our overseas team.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
