Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
- **Learn the Trade**: Work alongside experienced techs to install and service residential and commercial overhead doors and openers.
- **Master Mechanical Skills**: You’ll be working with tools and parts every day — if you love figuring out how things work, this is the job for you.
- **Deliver Great Service**: Help us keep our customers happy — we take pride in doing the job right the first time.
- **Be Safety-Minded**: We’ll teach you the right way to do the work safely, especially when working at heights.
- **Work as a Team**: You’ll be part of a professional, supportive crew. We’ve got each other’s backs on every job.
- **Grow with Us**: We’ll give you the training and opportunities to move up as you build your skills.

What You Bring to the Table
- **Mechanical Ability**: This is a must — we’ll be testing for it.
- **Positive Attitude**: We can teach you the trade, but you need to bring the hustle and the right mindset.
- **Reliability**: Show up ready to go — our customers and our team count on it.
- **Driver’s Licence**: You must have a **Full G Driver’s Licence**.
- **Availability**: Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays — and we try to keep your work-life balance in check.
