We are continuing to grow with over 50 franchised locations across Canada. **Gorilla Property Services include**: - Window - Gutter - Roof - and Dryer Vent Cleaning; - Pressure Washing; - Graffiti Removal; and - Snow and Ice Maintenance - Lawn Care We specialize in providing high-quality services to our clients We are looking to hire you as a Gorilla **Property Maintenance Technician **to work up to 44 hours per week - primarily Monday to Friday. The focus of your role is to produce high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential, requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. The job environment is stable, based on known relationships with people and well-defined processes. Job knowledge and competency is built through structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers. Communication with others is based on knowledge of repetitive job routines and procedures gained from sufficient on-the-job experience. Consistent, error free work based on defined regulations and standards are key measures of job performance success. The job environment promotes steady, methodical work output so that job routines can be completed on time and error-free. This position will develop you into a valued team member Property Maintenance Technical expert who will deliver quality work on a consistent basis. This position will work Monday to Friday, typically between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. Team members have an opportunity to grow within my franchise and the company. We are looking for individuals with that "Go Getter" attitude and work ethic. You must like working with an awesome team and be ready to hit it rain or shine. Being physically fit and having a good head on your shoulders is key. No experience necessary as a Gorilla is developed and trained from scratch. **Job Type**: up to 44 hours per week **Location**:Based in Grimsby, Ontario servicing West Niagara **Salary**: $18-20 hour to start **Required education**:High school or equivalent **Required license or certification**:Valid Ontario Driver's Licence, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS), Working from Heights **Job Characteristics**: - Steady, even pace to promote accuracy and quality of work - Repetitive routines - Complete work based on a set of procedures to complete tasks - Technical/analytical focus - Work within established systems, standards, and procedures - Communication based on job knowledge and expertise - Decision-making within clearly defined job scope based on defined policies and procedures supported by management - Focused on job knowledge and expertise - Helpful, supportive communication with management, peers, and clients - Collaborative approach in structured job environment - Working in the elements (rain or shine) **Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Grimsby, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Education**: - Secondary School (preferred) **Experience**: - Lawn maintenance: 3 years (preferred) - Snow Removal: 1 year (preferred) - Property Maintenance: 3 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Ontario Driver’s License (preferred) - Working at Heights Certificate (preferred) Work Location: In person
