Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand our unique offerings in the payments and remittance industry.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances with key industry leaders: example: real estate developers and brokerage firms.
- Drive revenue growth through targeted business development initiatives and market expansion.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments to position the company for long-term success.
- Collaborate with internal team, including product, compliance, and marketing, to align partnership efforts with business goals.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and meetings with key stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain office systems, schedules, and files.
- Assist with meeting coordination, note-taking, and follow-up.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle general office inquiries and communicate with clients/vendors as needed.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Support SEO initiatives by conducting keyword research and implementing best practices is a plus.
- Work with Canva to design visually appealing graphics for various digital platforms.
- Stay updated on AI/LLM trends and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the fintech, payments, or real estate sector.
- Strong network and basic understanding of the global payments and remittance ecosystem.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving business growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience with WordPress and/or Webflow for website management.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Richmond, BC V6Y 2B2
