You are a dynamic administrative professional who is very detail-oriented and who thrives on creativity and customer service (both internal and external).

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate appointments between customers and external vendors
- Create a positive and memorable experience at all times
- Provide excellent customer service
- Interact with other departments throughout the organization

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- You have a proven track record in Customer Service (min 2 years)
- Superior communication skills, professionalism, and positive personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple programs while communicating with a customer
- Ability to act with professionalism with customers in a confrontational or sensitive situations
- Demonstrate conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of residential construction is an asset, but not required
- You have a high degree of computer literacy in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a key member of our team
