Job Summary
Coreio is looking for a Rollout Technician for one of our projects in Vancouver, BC location for a 3 month contract to start (with potential for extension). The individual will be required to be onsite daily and hours will be based on a 37.5 hour flexible work week
We are looking for individuals who can interact, collaborate and address end users/clients with the highest standard of professionalism / customer service.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Return and deploy assets to end users, including asset tracking
- Move/deploy desktops from existing workstations to be shipped and returned to suppliers
- Provide end user instruction and walk through at initial sign in
- Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for technical incidents while adhering to SLAs
- Identify process gaps and provide improvement suggestions to documentation and provide viable solutions, review computer system capabilities, workflow, and limitations and analyzing user requirements, procedures and incidents to automate and improve existing system.

Other relevant duties as assigned.
- Lead evening activity to make sure all assets in scope of refresh are replaced and are functioning properly.
- Disconnect old assets and Install new assets that are preimaged
- Configure assets to branch settings and some software installation may be required.
- Test assets/Troubleshoot issues and compile list of old assets to be picked up and move them to area specified by branch contact to be picked up by vendor at a later date.
- Make sure areas are tidy where activities occurred and move garbage to location to be picked up specified by branch contact. Arm branch alarm and ensuring doors are locked when leaving

**Hours**: 8 am - 4 pm (initially during training period and for assisting staff with remote work) then approximately 3 pm - 10 pm with variability for branch hours and travel (BC)

**Requirements/ Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of work related experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Deskside Support & rollout /Deployment experience.
- Required to lift objects up to 20 pounds in weight.
- Driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- General Network Skills.
- Travel (either by airplane or ferry) with overnight trips to other parts of the provinces per region will be required.
- Associates Degree or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to multitask.
