Private College Office Administrative Support

Duties Include:
- Maintain database of student information (Registration Log Sheet)
- Initiate Status Changes and reflect changes in Student Information system, and school databases
- Upload completed Student forms to Student Information system
- Assist in Preparing Digital Diploma Report
- Send links for Admissions Tests (Wonderlic, Aptitude) and grade, if applicable
- Send links for Admissions Q&As
- Book appointments for Program Entrance interviews and send documents to Program Chair
- Maintain spreadsheets of Admissions Tests (Wonderlic, Aptitude)
- Upload Admissions Test results to Student Information system in and forward to Admissions Representatives
- Assist with Front Desk duties (phones, greeting clients, etc.)
- Assist with Orientation (run PowerPoint, record attendance, enter important information in chat box)
- Support Student Services, Admissions, Finance Departments
- Prepare and submit government reports (KPI)
- Prepare and submit monthly population reports to Campus Director and Head Office
- Assist in government audits
- Assist with other duties, as assigned
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$36,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
