Working directly with the Account Management team to manage POS planning and print.

**JOB SUMMARY AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives, maintaining quality control checks on each job throughout the process of fulfilling the order.
- Maintains regular communication with
- Estimators to ensure accuracy of Quotes and Orders.
- Art department, production and shipping to ensure timeliness of each step in the fulfillment process.
- CSR’s to ensure orders are entered and requisitioned correctly.
- VM’s to ensure all documents process and control requirements are correct.
- Proactively manage production schedules, ensure processes and procedures are adhered to and on time and in full delivery.
- Manage high volume of multiple, overlapping projects and execute against production timelines
- Strong contributor in a cross functional team, driving key initiatives.
- Positive solution-oriented supervisor of projects from inception through to delivery
- Receive customer complaints and consult with Account Management leaders for appropriate response or action.
- Set up of POP at their mock store as required and setup at the Innovation Centre.
- Make recommendations for improvements in product, packaging, shipping methods, service, in response to complaints and to prevent similar complaints in the future.
- Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Some travel may be required to attend store walks as requested by client.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 3 - 5 years of account management and project coordinator experience
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast paced, results-driven environment
- Proven ability to develop customer relationships and cultivate internal relationships
- Impeccable time and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks, and manage multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate accurate information with integrity
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- **Expert at Excel, including pivot tables, worksheet organization and use of V-lookups**:

- Strong working knowledge of all printing processes and kitting

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**

Post secondary degree or diploma in a related field preferred

Expected start date: ASAP

**Salary**: $57,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
