Newmarket Mitsubishi is growing again, and we are looking for a qualified service advisor. The placement is a permanent full time position within a team environment. You Must have a valid Drivers license and have the ability to work under pressure.

**The position roles and responsibilities include**:

- Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments via phone or in person
- Cataloging customers concerns and comments
- Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
- Translating customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology
- Explaining repairs to customers
- Estimating the cost and time needed for repairs
- Handling customer complaints

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of market trends in the automotive service industry is a bonus
- Knowledge and understanding of mechanical components of automobiles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math and keyboarding skills.
- Experience with CDK ADP is an asset
- Valid driver’s license

**Experience**:

- automotive: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
