The **Intern
- Marketing,** **The** **Original Donut Shop**, will be a key member of the Licensed Coffee Marketing team. As a member of our team in our global, high-growth environment, you will be motivated, inspired, and appreciated. The incumbent will work cross functionally with Innovation and Public Relations and report to Associate Marketing Manager, Licensed Coffee.

**What to expect**:
A fast-paced and collaborative environment where new ideas and innovation are encouraged. Team member will be accountable to timelines and results as they utilize fact-based insights and business best practices to deliver. Developing strong internal relationships will enable you to identify priorities and opportunities and pave the way for successful execution.

**What you will do**:

- Champion The Original Donut Shop organic communication strategy; identify key social trends, lead content creation, and manage asset development
- Lead the end-to-end marketing plan for a new product launch in the Canadian market, including marketing strategy, execution, and cross-functional coordination
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for communication strategy and provide actionable recommendations to optimize results

**What you will need**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Commerce /Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
