You will be assisting with:

- Organizing and managing real estate listings.
- Managing buyer expectations.
- Creating systems and processes to streamline transactions and improve client experiences.
- Preparing and managing marketing
- Picking up and dropping off paperwork
- Booking appointments
- Preparing and reviewing paperwork

- You are efficient with Microsoft Office
- Very organized & punctual
- Excellent at dealing with customers.
- Have knowledge of ITSO Matrix/Web Forms
