**Job Summary**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate all plumbing activities on commercial job sites
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of journeymen and apprentice plumbers
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure proper installations
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Schedule and coordinate work assignments to meet project deadlines and budget requirements
- Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specifications
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions
- Enforce company safety policies and ensure all team members follow proper safety procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Journeyman Plumber certification
- Minimum 3-5 years of commercial plumbing experience
- Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with job site coordination, project scheduling, and team supervision
- Physical capability to perform plumbing tasks, including lifting heavy materials
- Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
