**As a Benefits and Pension Administrator, You Will**:
- Ensures that all employee information is accurate and up to date
- Efficiently acquires, analyzes, and authenticates the accuracy of all information provided
- Receives and responds to plan enquiries and requests from employees
Processes any plan or employee changes
- Processes policy terminations and archives all related files
- Other duties as assigned
**What You'll Bring**:
- College Diploma or University Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration; Finance & Accounting or Human Resources an asset
- 2+ years’ experience as a benefits administrator or an administrative assistant
Superior time management skills and effective multi-tasking abilities with excellent prioritization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and JDEdwards, benefit enrollment system
- Co-operative team player
