**about this team**:
Under the leadership of VP, Global Risk and Advisory Services this position is responsible for the innovation and governance necessary to identify, evaluate, and monitor lululemon’s risks. The role leads the development of ERM framework, tools, practices, and policies to analyze and report enterprise risks, and to support risk management activities across the organization.

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Manager, is a member of the Global Risk & Advisory Services team that helps to build the capabilities and practices, integrated with strategy-setting and performance, that the organization and risk owners can rely on to manage risks in creating, enhancing and preserving value. This role manages the ERM process by facilitating the identification and assessment of risks affecting the advancement of organizational goals and priorities. Furthermore, the Manager establishes an approach to treat the risks identified by the risk owners, providing structured monitoring of the progress achieved by the risk owners in advancing the defined risk mitigation actions and regular reporting to the Executive and the Board.

**a day in the life: what you’ll do**:

- Plan and oversee annual calendar of strategic risk interviews, workshops and presentations.
- Update and manage the corporate Strategic Risk Register.
- Update and maintain Governance & Risk Management software.
- Support risk interviews and workshops with management.
- Assist in development of risk mitigation strategies and associated budget planning.
- Prepare update presentations to management and the Board.
- Support the delivery of specific/targeted risk assessments where required.
- Work with Business Resilience, Internal Audit and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with ERM program.
- Work with external consulting partner to deliver the annual ERM program.
- Regular updates and status reporting with Risk and Executive management.
- From time to time may support other Risk and Advisory Services activities such as Internal Audit.

- Risk mitigation/treatment updates from risk owners.

**Outputs**:

- Maintaining/refining Enterprise Risk Management framework.
- Work with Business Resilience, Internal Audit, Compliance and Cyber teams to ensure alignment with Enterprise Risk Management program.
- Manage risk registers.
- Updates and status reporting with Risk and Executive management.

**qualifications**:

- 8+ years of progressively senior level enterprise risk management experience, in a diversified corporate environment or with a large public practice firm.
- Retail industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., finance, commerce, economics or equivalent).
- Relevant certifications e.g., CIA, CRMA, RIMS-CRMP.
- Advanced knowledge of risk management tools and methodologies (e.g.ISO3001, COSO framework).
- Must be a broad thinker, strategic mindset and leadership qualities.
- Superior verbal and written communication, facilitation and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Problem-solving, analysis capability.
- Organized, structured project manager able to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to proactively build and maintain relationships within various levels of the organization.
- Understand the broader economic, strategic and operational issues facing our business/industry.
- Experience with strategic planning (optional).
