**Job Overview**
The Middle Spoon / Noble is looking for a new Head Bartender to head up our bar team.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve cocktails, develop menus.
- Managing the bar team and educating staff on bar menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Manage bar preparations.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
- Stay current on cocktail culture in the city

**Experience**
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
