Operations Supervisor

**About the position**
Engage2Excel is actively looking for an Operations Supervisor. You will manage the daily production of the business unit, promoting continuous improvement in order to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. You will work closely with the creative and sales departments to support new and ongoing E2E initiatives that support growth.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Support EH&S processes and systems to maintain full compliance with E2E policies (Trifecta and BAM Book) and local legal requirements/standards in order to build a disciplined “safety first” culture.
- Oversee quality, quality improvements, and process improvements in the area assigned to him.
- Organize daily production meetings and weekly service meetings to report on and assess progress.
- Review and respond to order issues. Update reports on missing cargo and/or pending orders, and update the list of inactive recipients for each order.
- Work directly with other departments such as sales/sales administration, and existing suppliers, as well as research new suppliers in order to identify opportunities for cost improvement on an ongoing basis.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

**To be successful in this role, you must have**:
- University degree in a similar field and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
- A year or more of experience in supervising or managing a small team
- Ability to work primarily on computers and a desire to acquire new skills and programs as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
**Languages**
- French
- English (Fluency in English is required as you will be in relationships with stakeholders in the United States).
