We are looking for someone with positive energy, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow in the position of Market Research Analyst. Reporting to the Research Manager - Rental Data (Alberta/Ontario), the Market Research Analyst is responsible for assisting with a variety of tasks related to the collection and maintenance of new multi-family home project data in Zonda Urban's proprietary NHSLive data product. This is a hybrid position so you would have the option to work partly remote.

**What You’ll Do**

In this hybrid analyst role, you will be responsible for:

- Collect data on new condominium and townhome projects throughout Calgary and Edmonton using primary and secondary research methods.
- Assist with inputting data and relevant information collected from all monitored multi-family projects into UA|Zonda’s NHSLive data platform;
- Identify and monitor the pre-launch marketing of all new multi-family projects;
- Monitor economic indicators relevant to the new multi-family development industry as required; and,
- Provide general support for data products and advisory

- Strong interest in and desire to learn about the residential real estate market and development industry
- Organized and resourceful with strong research skills/abilities and work ethic
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
- Have received or are working towards Post-Secondary degree or diploma in related fields of business
