**Job Summary**
Medair Global is a dedicated life science specialist courier. We are looking for a responsible, experienced individual to join us as a **Courier Driver/ Inventory Controller**. As a member of the team, you will receive orders from a centralized operations team, prepare specialized temperature-controlled packaging, and collect & deliver packages in a timely and safe manner. You will also assist with inventory control and order supplies as needed.

Local deliveries in the greater Toronto region are most common, but _occasional_ cross-border deliveries are also required - it's possible you couldbe away for a few days at a time, as required. We will need you to be flexible, as after-hours & weekend overtime is a possibility as well. You will be driving courier cars, vans, and **small trucks**.

**Responsibilities**
- Pick up and transport packages, and all other deliverables within Canada & the USA
- Prepare specialized temperature-controlled packaging
- Ensure package safety and observe transportation requirements, such as temperature control requirements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations
- Complete & verify specific documents for each shipment
- Warehouse upkeep / clean
- Maintain packaging inventory (physically in the warehouse and on our inventory management system)
- Order supplies from difference vendor
- Data entry

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Valid Class 5 license (anything beyond that is an asset)
- Ability to lift _up to_ 50 pounds
- Safe driving skills and ability to multitask
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to cross into the US for cross border deliveries & collections
- Experience in border crossing is preferable
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to learn new software quickly

Pay: $56,000.00 per year
