**The role of Project Manager/Estimator would help to support our Grounds Maintenance Department.**

**Pay: $45,000 Annually.**

**Location: Hamilton, ON.**

**Job Duties**:

- Responsible for gathering all information needed to price the project (pick-up drawings, specifications, addendums, bidder's lists, copies of the contract, etc.) for lawn maintenance, janitorial and snow removal jobs.
- Complete all take off work, review specifications and contracts, and obtain subtrade/material prices.
- Measuring for estimates on the computer, and off site at various job locations.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Be able to read blueprints.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
