**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Reporting to the CEO, and working closely with the executive team, develop and implement a strategic growth plan for the LNG technologies division, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Support business development initiatives, fostering relationships with new Customers and Key clients and stakeholders.
- Direct involvement in overseeing bid preparation, product costing and budgeting for new projects and technology system sales.
- Supporting commercial activities, identifying initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Ensuring the Company’s business processes are robust and meet the requirements of our customers’ expectations. Ensuring the project team achieves high-quality standards, manages budgets effectively, support keeping projects on schedule, and managing customer relationships.
- Managing business processes within the projects team to ensure effective and efficient project outcomes and deliverables are achieved.
- Manage project portfolios, including conceptual development, EPC execution strategies, and cost optimization.
- Drive innovation and new product development in LNG technologies and solutions.
- Support contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and commercial offerings to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and operational excellence.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a diverse team of professionals.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; MBA preferred, or extensive experience.
- Proven experience in project management, strategic management, sales leadership, and project execution in the LNG industry or cryogenic technology sector.
- Strong expertise in contract negotiation, new product development, and operational strategy.
- Demonstrated success in managing key projects and executing projects on time and on budget.
- Ability to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive business growth.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in a global role within the LNG sector or cryogenic sector.
- Knowledge of the latest advancements and trends in LNG technology.
- Prior experience managing multi-million-dollar projects and portfolios.

Pay: $150,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
