**Minimum Education**
- High school diploma or GED required.
**Minimum Experience**
- Eighteen (18) months experience as an Ops Manager at FedEx FedEx required; OR
- Two (2) years required previous management experience, operational leadership, military leadership, or project/team leader experience; OR
- A combination of one (1) year as an Ops Manager at FedEx FedEx and (1) year previous management, operational leadership, project or team leader or military experience.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Ability to inspire a shared vision and empower and motivate a team.
- Demonstrated ability to build professional rapport, effectively lead a team and positively influence diverse groups.
- Customer service skills necessary to effectively and professionally respond to requests and issues.
- Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with various audiences and ability to effectively provide employees instruction on process and practice.
- Ability to read, interpret and draw conclusions from numerical data and written information.
**Preferred Qualifications**:Must be bilingual. You must be available to work from 04:00 to 12:30 Tuesday to Saturday and be available for weekends and peak periods. Doit être bilingue.
