**Owner Operators and Lease Operators Canada/USA for Freight North Group of Companies**

The Freight North Group of Companies, is seeking experienced and reliable Class 1 Flat Deck and Heavy Haul Drivers (Owner Operators and Lease Operators) to join our growing team Operating from our locations in Calgary, Edmonton, Grand Prairie, and Abbotsford, we offer an exciting range of hauling services and career opportunities.

**About Us**: At Freight North, we provide extensive hauling services, including Flat Deck, Trombone, Lowbed, Scissor Neck, Drop Deck, Dry-van, 32 to 48 Wheeler, Specialty Pipe Hauling, Step-Deck, 8, 9, 10, and 13 Axle combinations, Man-Steer Car, Self-Steer Car, Lube Truck, Fuel Truck, and Water Truck services for our diverse clientele.

**Position Requirements**:

- Valid Class 1 Driver's License
- Satisfactory 5-year commercial abstract
- Valid Passport
- Valid Criminal Record Check
- Heavy Hauling experience (e.g., loaders, dozers, shacks) is an asset
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Mountain driving experience is an asset
- Cross-border hauling capabilities are an asset

Pay: Up to $250,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

Flexible language requirement:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Flatbed: 2 years (required)
- Class 1: 2 years (required)
- Heavy haul: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 1 Licence (required)
- passport/visa (preferred)
