**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Servers at our newest location - Roehampton. As a server at The WORKS, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests while contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and offer detailed information about menu items
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with tact and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash-handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and server stations
- Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service environment preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol, with Smart Serve.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
