Essential Job Responsibilities:

- Strip beds, make beds, and clean all assigned guest rooms according to company standards in timely manner
- Dust furniture
- Clean, disinfect and mop bathrooms and common area
- Attend to guests' request for extra supplies or other items
- Communicate with manager to request needed supplies
- Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently
- Must be able to perform to set cleaning standards.
- Replenish supplies and linens when necessary
- Stock linen closet
- Handle, report lost and found items
- Check and posted any mini bar purchases and items for sale in the guests’ room with company device.
- Check room inventory such as linen, towels, remote controls, dishware, and electric appliances.
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers
- Launder linens, table cloth, and towels
- Report any missing inventory
- Report any issue or maintenance request to manager
- Wash windows, walls and ceilings
- May assist with deep cleaning projects
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and standards

**Requirements**:

- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand or walk for an extended time period
- Flexible attitude to scheduled shifts - the incumbent may need to work nights, weekends and/or holidays
- Flexible and energetic with the ability to work under pressure
- Literacy skills - reading, writing, and oral
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Work well independently and in a team environment with minimum supervision
- Self-motivated, honest, punctual, dependable, initiative, flexible, organized, reliable, capable of working alone or in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 5-30 per week

**Salary**: From $17.50 per hour
