Sales Representative

A Japanese Sake (alcoholic beverage) / & non-alcoholic beverages importer and distributor is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Work professionally, safely, and in compliance with driving and vehicle regulations.
Drive a company vehicle to visit current customers / to develop new customers.
Engage with prospective and current customers to build trust and solve customer concerns with ongoing frequent communication.
Maintain and monitor inventory.
Work with our operation team to ensure a full understanding of new customer information.
Analyze and research the current trend of each account to determine the priority selling and promotional opportunities.
Create all necessary documents, i.e. sales sheets, order forms, invoices, and reports.
Attend evening/weekend events as necessary.
Deliver non-alcoholic beverages to commercial locations.
Lift and carry weight from 5-10 kg
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Class 5 driving Licence (required)
Serving It Right (required)
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Sales experience in the Alcohol Beverage industry or
Prior customer service, delivery and/or merchandising experience preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent English written and verbal communication
Japanese, or Chinese language skills would be an asset
Passion for Sake or other Japanese liquor
Good communication skills
Positive and outgoing personality
Team player
Work independently
MUST have a valid Canadian work permit
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vancouver, BC V6E 2S1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
