We are currently recruiting for Casual Educational Assistants to join our team and work in an engaging and rewarding environment Sturgeon Public Schools are located in Sturgeon County, just a short drive from the cities of Edmonton and St. Albert.

Casual Educational Assistants are called on an as-needed basis to work in a variety of classrooms across the Division. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to travel between school locations.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Provide classroom and individualized support under the direction of the teacher
- Assist students with academic, social, and behavioural learning needs
- Encourage independence and positive relationships among peers
- Help implement classroom strategies and supports for diverse learners Foster a safe, caring, and inclusive learning environment

**What You Bring**
- Educational Assistant or Early Childhood Diploma/Certificate
- Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs, including autism and challenging behaviours
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Training in Positive Behaviour Supports and TCIS
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to student success Clear Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check
