We are looking for an **organized** and **upbeat individual **with a **high level of attention to detail** for this position.
The second part of this role is invoicing. We manually invoice thousands of items each week with the use of Shopify. In this role you are responsible for accurately invoicing each product & managing quality control of the items at a quick pace. We want to ensure that all items are in great condition before our customers purchase them.
Job Duties:
- Read an order sheet to determine the items that are being packaged
- Accurately invoice & identify products to ensure items are packaged securely
- Count items to ensure order accuracy
- Ability to accurately follow shipping procedures as laid out by the shipping manager
- Report discrepancies to the shipping manager
- Assess product quality through both invoicing and shipping procedures
- Problem solving in case of misidentified items or incorrect paperwork
- Sort and package large orders
- Can lift up to 30lbs
- Perform additional tasks upon request
This position requires the ability to work Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. This position is for 20-24hrs per week.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.55 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
