At Northbridge, our Business Data Analytics team acts as a central partner to the business by helping unlock the value of data and supporting our transformation into an analytics data driven organization. The Business Data Analytics Specialist will provide insights using analytics descriptive and diagnostic techniques to business units of focus.

They will provide in-depth expertise, analytical interpretation, key insights, and action items to multi-functional business partners across the organization that will help solve increasingly complex business problems by enabling informed business decisions.

**You’re great at**:

- Communicating effectively and impactfully with business stakeholders and senior leaders
- Providing specialized analytics expertise and advice to various business and team members
- Translating business requirements (questions, opportunities, and problems) into analytics needs for a given domain
- Being a business expert

**You have**:

- B. Sc Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years in statistical analytics techniques (i.e., correlation, regression, cohort, experimental design & measurement)
- Beginner to intermediate knowledge of statistical analytical techniques
- Intermediate knowledge of data mining languages SQL and Python
- Comfortable writing standard SQL queries to extract and integrate data from a variety of different data sources
